Phishing Emails
The vector for the attack is primarily through email so the regular advice around phishing emails apply:
- Be vigilant when using email
- Do not click on links that you are not 100% sure of
- The same applies to downloading and opening files or documents – only accept the ones you are 100% sure of
- Not sure how to get to 100% trust – then get some professional advice or training so you are equipped to deal with cyber criminals and cyber attacks
- Sorry but there is also no such thing as 100% trust – training is the key
