Pity it is not a Friday. Here is something I found on YouTube that I thought would be appropriate for “May the Fourth”, the BBC Film ’77 review of Star Wars by Barry Norman.
It is interesting that this was in a time when the film studios thought it was OK to release a film in America on 25th May 1977 and then eventually release it to the UK on 27th December 1977!

I did not go to Leicester Square for the first Star Wars movie, but I did go there on the first day of releases of “The Empire Strikes Back” and “The Return of the Jedi”.
