The British Army has had material posted in it’s YouTube and Twitter accounts by unauthorised persons. For a time they lost control of the Twitter account, where the account name and profile image was changed. Information was posted to the Army’s official channels about cryptocurrencies, using images of Elon Musk, and NFTs – all assumed to be scams.

I am sure they have a raft of security policies and procedures in place, but this has still happened to them.
What policies, procedures and security practices have you got in place to protect your information assets? Could your business reputation be damaged because you are being loose with the username and password to your Twitter or Facebook account?
The Army is quoted as saying they take security “very seriously” and are investigating the incident.
