I just missed these announcements for last week’s “Because It’s Friday”.
NASA has released the first scientific infrared images produced by the James Webb Space Telescope:

The images are spectacular – as is the thought that the light we are looking from some of the galaxies has taken 13 billion years to reach the JWST – NASA’s Webb Delivers Deepest Infrared Image of Universe Yet | NASA.
