Apple has pushed out a number of security patches for iPhones, iPads and Macs:
About the security content of iOS 15.7 and iPadOS 15.7 – Apple Support
This is the eight zero-day vulnerability for Apple devices patched so far this year.
They should happen automatically – but I always check, so should you – this includes everyone in your organisation who has an iPhone that they use “BYOD”.

My advice: Either you or your IT support need to check whether these issues impact your systems. You need to have a master document that details your systems, hardware, software, online, networks, back-ups, suppliers etc – so when cyber security (or operational) issues arise you and your support teams can quickly check if you are affected. From there you can take fast, effective action.
