Knowing what you are going to do if ransomware malware gets past your cyber security defences is essential for your business continuity and reputation. In the case of a hospital that plan is complex and have life threatening consequences if they get it wrong.
It appears The André-Mignot teaching hospital in Paris is coping having had to close down some of its IT services because of a ransomware attack:

Richard Delepierre, the co-chairman of the hospital’s supervisory board
They obviously have a plan.
