Extended security updates for Windows 7 ends tomorrow 10 January 2023. You should not be using this operating systems anywhere. This includes any industrial or control machinery you have. When I spoke with my team, the last Windows 7 PC they remembered replacing was a C&C control PC during lock down one. The client had been very reluctant to change, as it cost them quite a bit, but it was necessary.

My advice: Either you or your IT support need to check whether these issues impact your systems. You need to have a master document that details your systems, hardware, software, online, networks, back-ups, suppliers etc – so when cyber security (or operational) issues arise you and your support teams can quickly check if you are affected. From there you can take fast, effective action.
