Microsoft released it second Patch Tuesday of 2023 yesterday and it fixes a range of security and functionality issues across the range of Microsoft products, including fixing three zero-day flaws that are being actively exploited.

I know that running these patches and updates can take a while – so go and make a drink and stretch your legs whilst you wait. Here is the reason why you need to patch your software:
My advice: Either you or your IT support need to check whether these issues impact your systems. You need to have a master document that details your systems, hardware, software, online, networks, back-ups, suppliers etc – so when cyber security (or operational) issues arise you and your support teams can quickly check if you are affected. From there you can take fast, effective action.
