This article from BleepingComputer does not list my Ford – I suspect they are only listing US models – and sitting here on the patio whilst on holiday it is difficult to research the UK answer. However when I walk over to my Ford in a minute I am going to turn the WiFi connection off until I get home.

I read that the exploit is difficult to carry out, my car is not on the list and it does not compromise the vehicle safety – but the WiFi is off until Ford issues a patch or Diana, back at home, finds a definitive answer.
Good cyber security is about not taking unnecessary chances.
