Apple has issued Out-of-Band patches for a number of its products to address two zero-day vulnerabilities that are currently being exploited.

Patches are available for, iPhone 8 and later, iPads and iPad Pros, Macs running Ventura and Apple Watches – the exact models are listed in Apple’s release above.
Even if you have automatic updates enabled, check the updates have been done.
