The operation based primarily in Ukraine with assistance for investigators from France, Germany, Norway and the United States and an operations centre set up in the Netherlands by Europol to process the data recovered.
This gang used the most basic of techniques to gain access to their victim’s systems, phishing emails and brute force attacks to steal credentials. It was very successful until the police raids.
