John’s video is very entertaining but is does explain the issues and gives some good advice. If you get infected by ransomware and need to pay in bitcoins, because you did not have enough time to read my Ransomware Primer, then you need to find a grandmother to help you. It appears a grandmother will also help you write a note to your attackers.
