I am sure many of you watched the drama about the Horizon Software fiasco, The Post Office, the muppet CEO and Mr Bates and it would have been impossible to miss the ongoing press coverage of the scandal. But then the Post Office did this:
Post Office accidentally leaks names of sub-postmasters – BBC News
The Post Office published on their website a list of the sub-postmasters they pursued as part of their erroneous investigations. Of course, they are sorry and have reported themselves to the ICO – which they had to by law – and the current CEO said the leak was “a truly terrible error”.
Don’t let your cyber security get into this type of mess.
