Intel has confirmed that the leaked BIOS code on GitHub is the code for the UEFI BIOS of Alder Lake CPUs.

Intel has been talking down the security implications of the leak, however the release of the code will enable, cyber security researchers, bug bounty hunters and hackers to explore the code for vulnerabilities. Who do you want to find those vulnerabilities first?
It is not known whether the code was stolen during an attack or leaked by an insider. If it was an insider, could the same thing happen to you?
