If you are hit by the right type of ransomware (can there be a right type of ransomware?) then Bitdefender may have a decryptor for you. But it only works for MortalKombat ransomware:
New MortalKombat ransomware decryptor recovers your files for free (bleepingcomputer.com)
Better still make sure your team know not to open any .zip files they are unexpectedly sent by email, as the MortalKombat malware deploys from a malicious .zip file!
