There are reports of customers being angry with the response of Booking.com to a cyber-attack that has compromised their systems and has resulted in the theft of money from customers by the hackers.

At Octagon and Smart Thinking we use Booking.com for our business (and personal) travel arrangements – so as soon as I heard about this issue, I told Diana. Diana then;
- Changed her password on Booking.com
- Deleted all the payment methods saved on the site
- Made a note in her accounting system to keep an eye on payments going out from the affected payment methods.
