Apple has released an emergency security patch for iPads and iPhones:
Apple fixes zero-day exploited in ‘extremely sophisticated’ attacks
The types of attack described would probably not impact the ordinary user – but a cyber security patch is a cyber security patch, who knows who else may come along the vulnerability.
As always, if you have Apple devices in your organisation – owned or BYOD – make sure these patches have been completed.
