If you do not have the basics of an incident response plan and a business recovery plan in place, then if you have an incident, it may not cost you millions, but it will cost you money and possibly your reputation.
Today I delivered an incident response/business continuity plan to a client – it was about 10 pages which has reassured their insurers and their main supplier of work. Not jargon or boiler plate but a plan that will support them if they have an incident, any incident not just a cyber-attack.
