This is a wake up call to us all to be more vigilant – and for businesses working away from their office this should start with effective email security training.
Effective Cyber Security Training
The pandemic has had a benefit when it comes to this type of training – before the pandemic I used to drive to a client’s office or we hired a venue, paid for tea/coffee/water and usually biscuits and then someone(s) could not make the session and so missed out. Now I deliver the course from my office via Teams, to all who can attend and it is easy to record the session and have it available for those who could make the live session and for new starters. So ensuring everyone is on the same page making for a more secure work environment.
