Sainsbury’s impacted by ransomware attack

Sainsbury’s payroll hit by Kronos attack – BBC News

The payroll systems provider Kronos has been hit by a ransomware attack which has impacted a range of businesses here in the UK and the US.

The supermarket chain Sainsbury’s has reportedly lost a week of data relating to it’s 150.000 staff but has promised that everyone will be paid before Christmas.
