Because It’s Friday – 32 years of the Hubble Space Telescope and the Apollo 11 Moon landing

If you are a regular reader of this blog, you know I like space. To celebrate 32 years of operation of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST), this week NASA released a video and an image taken by the HST of the Hickson Compact Group 40. This is an unusual collection of five galaxies, which when considered on a galactic scale are close together. Eventually gravity will have its way and they will be drawn together and collide!
