A bit of personal protection

Normally my cyber security posts are business orientated, but occasionally there is cyber security news that could have an impact on your and your friends and family.

Microsoft has announced a step-up to it’s personal/family Microsoft 365 by adding a more advanced version of Microsoft Defender to the apps included in the service.

I have a personal Microsoft 365 account and have installed the service on my iPhone, but I use one of Octagon’s business ESET licenses on my personal laptop, so I cannot test the Windows Microsoft Defender version, but I have recommended to members of my family who share my MS365 licenses. I hope to ger a report back from them in the coming weeks.
