An unexplained cyber security incident at the Royal Mail has caused the closure of their overseas mail service – with calls for customers not to send any overseas mail whilst the incident continues.

They are “working hard” to resolve the issue – and have contacted the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the National Crime Agency (NCA) for assistance.
