More cyber security for Google

Google has announced two excellent cyber security tools for organisations that use Google Chrome and/or Google WorldSpace.

The first one for Chrome is for Chrome Enterprise and comes at a cost, but for an organisation that runs on Chrome it offers extra security steps around updates, extensions, third-party integration and browsing the internet in general. Of course the protection relies to some degree on AI!

The second aims to strengthen the administration control of Google WordSpace, so operations that Google considers “risky” will require multiply administration authorisation.

We have implemented something similar for our Microsoft 365 clients, however, for security reasons, I cannot discuss this any further here!
