Do you need support over Christmas and the New Year?

Octagon Technology has released it’s incident response and support arrangements for Christmas and New Year.

We are open for business (and new business) over the holiday period, although the team have more relaxed duty arrangements so they can take advantage of the holidays. There is always a duty engineer and Martin oversees the whole operation so our clients know they can rely on us. Obviously if we respond on a Bank Holiday there is a surcharge but we do pay our people more for working on those days.

The one thing Octagon does not cover is domestic work – but I can guarantee that we will get at least a couple of calls on Christmas Day and Boxing Day asking if we can come out and fix a computer present that does not work. I know, from time to time, our team does help with some domestic work, but sorry over the holidays we do not cover domestic work.
