My highlights were the IBM disk pack, the computer terminal we used at college had this style of storage at the end of the ’70s and the decimalisation problem programmers had to face. My pocket money also had to change that day.

IT and Vacuum Cleaners
One of the adverts is for the British Vacuum Cleaner & Engineering Company, to keep your valuable computer rooms free of that killer dust. One of our reoccurring issues, from Day 1 of opening the company has been someone unplugging a bit of kit to plug in a vacuum cleaner or as we dealt with last week, splitting a network in half, because they needed to charge their phone. Power issues are something our team deals with all the time.
